An event not to be missed. Littlehempston’s rector, Rev Nicholas Pearkes, is retiring shortly and to celebrate all he has done for the parish, he will be interviewed Desert Island Discs style – by our very own Liz Miller, as (in her words) the poor man’s Kirsty Young. Find out more about his life before he came to the benefice and hear what records he has chosen. Nicholas has been not only our priest, but also a friend to so many people.
This event will actually take place in the Community Space – St John’s Church which has been cleverly adapted so that it can be used for much more than just Church services. The Community Space is just along the road from the Tally Ho. You can find out more about Desert Island Discs by clicking on this link to the Littlehempston website.
Perhaps you’d like to drop into the Tally Ho before or after Desert Island Discs ?
